Orange Cake

Ingredients
150g raisins
150g sultanas
150g currents (or pieces of orange)
100g soft brown sugar
grated rind of two oranges
300ml hot tea (be generous allow for teabag if measuring before)
120g sourdough
275g self raising flour

8" tin

150c 1 1/2 hours

put fruit, sugar, rind in a bowl pour on hot tea leave overnight

just before putting in oven, mix in sourdough, sift in flour - bake
